Hold Harmless Agreement
By submitting your information and scheduling a saddle fitting appointment with White Sun Saddlery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
White Sun Saddlery is an independent saddle fitter providing guidance regarding the selection, evaluation, and fitting of new and used saddles. All recommendations offered during a consultation are based on the information you provide and the fitter’s professional judgment at the time of the appointment.
You understand and agree that:
Saddle fitting involves subjective assessment, and White Sun Saddlery cannot guarantee that any saddle—new or used—will resolve training, behavioral, or physical issues, nor that results will remain consistent over time as the horse or rider changes.
You remain fully responsible for all decisions regarding saddle purchases, adjustments, and use of any equipment recommended during or after the fitting session.
You assume all risks associated with horseback riding and tack usage, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage to persons, horses, or property.
You release and hold harmless White Sun Saddlery, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates, from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or connected to:
the saddle fitting session,
the use or misuse of saddles or tack,
any recommendations made during the appointment,
or any subsequent riding activity or horse handling.
You acknowledge that White Sun Saddlery does not provide veterinary, chiropractic, or medical advice and is not responsible for diagnosing physical conditions in horses or riders.
By submitting your information through this website and scheduling a saddle fitting appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Hold Harmless Agreement.
